Sara joined Verifi in 2009 as General Counsel, where she led the restructuring of legal frameworks and established robust governance practices to support business growth. In 2014, Sara was appointed Chief Operating Officer, providing strategic oversight and executive direction across multiple departments, driving operational excellence, and championing the integration of company values into organizational objectives and processes. Following Visa's acquisition of Verifi, Sara transitioned to General Manager, assuming full P&L responsibility for post-purchase solutions and also took over responsibility for Authorize.net and the Acceptance Solutions small business offerings. In this capacity, Sara has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and accelerating growth within Visa's Value Added Services division, delivering innovative solutions and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
