Eric Goodman is a seasoned leader in payments, authentication and fraud management, currently serving as Vice President, Acceptance Risk & Authentication Solutions at Visa. In his role, Eric leads Visa’s Decision Manager (DM) initiative—an AI-powered fraud detection and prevention platform that supports Visa Acceptance Solutions and Visa's suite of Enhanced Authentication Solutions. With over twenty years of experience in the payments industry, Eric specializes in helping merchants and partners optimize fraud strategies using Visa’s advanced machine learning tools.
Eric holds a degree in Marketing from Kent State University and brings a strong background in project management, customer engagement, and scalable fraud prevention systems.
