The solution: seamless in-person payments

With Visa Acceptance Solutions, Yedpay can connect to the Visa Acceptance Platform for access to our modular payment services and robust partner ecosystem. Yedpay connects with Visa Platform Connect (VPC), our secure gateway solution that enables seamless transaction processing across major card schemes with efficient routing among VPC-connected merchants, acquirers, and issuers.

To enhance its card-present capabilities, Yedpay uses Card Present Connect for API connectivity, offering faster rollout than traditional systems based on the ISO 8583 messaging standard. With Card Present Connect, Yedpay adopted Android-based point-of-sale (POS) terminals that are pre-integrated with Visa. These terminals offer a user-friendly interface, can be used as mobile POS devices, and process a variety of payment methods—including mobile wallets, QR codes, and cards.
